After meeting with at least five different remodeling contractors, we chose to go with Donovan and his crew for our home renovation in Long Beach. We needed to fully remodel three bathrooms, plus take care of a few other projects around the house. Donovan guided us every step of the way, giving us clear and honest quotes. He was flexible with the design changes we wanted and helped us pick out all the right fixtures and finishes. We’re extremely pleased with how everything turned out and are already planning to have his team renovate our kitchen soon. Honestly, I used to look forward to staying in hotels just for the fancy showers, but now my own bathroom is so nice that even the luxury hotels can’t compare!

I highly recommend this team for any home remodeling work! Home renovation projects can be stressful, but having a dependable and detail-oriented contractor really makes things much smoother. We had our bathroom and kitchen remodeled, our deck renovated, and the exterior of our home painted. I got a few quotes and they were all pretty similar, but after meeting with different contractors, I chose this company because they offered a full range of services and Donovan was very motivated and always quick to respond. The crew that handled our project was fantastic. They arrived on time every day, kept the work area tidy, and the quality of their craftsmanship was excellent. I was also impressed by how quickly everything was completed—the whole project was finished much faster than I expected. Living in Long Beach, it’s important to have a team that understands how to work efficiently in the California climate, and they definitely delivered. I’m really glad I chose them for our home remodel!

i believe what really sets a great home remodeling company apart is how well they communicate, build trust, and work together with the homeowner to reach the same goal. jacob and his team were fantastic from start to finish. as someone new to the area, i needed a general contractor who could bring my vision for a full interior remodel to life, and after meeting jacob, i knew i was in the right hands. they were reliable, honest, and always made me feel like my home was their top priority. whenever small issues came up, they handled everything smoothly and kept me in the loop. the craftsmanship was excellent, with a real attention to detail—you can tell they care about the quality just as much as i do. throughout the process, i made some changes and added a few things, and the team was always flexible and happy to help. working with jacob and his crew was a great experience, and i would definitely choose them again for any future remodeling projects.

We had a fantastic experience with the team when we needed a custom-sized door installed at our office in Long Beach. Donovan and his crew were extremely professional, completing the job quickly and leaving the space spotless when they finished. Unlike other companies we've used before, they made sure to cover and protect our floors and furniture during the installation and painting. Their attention to detail was impressive! Donovan kept us updated during the whole process, making sure we understood every step and any updates. I highly recommend them for any home remodeling needs, and we plan to use them again for future projects.

I had a major kitchen and bathroom remodel done at my home in Long Beach, including installing new flooring. Working with the team was a great experience—they had a relaxed attitude, always listened to my ideas, and offered helpful suggestions throughout the process. Jacob and his crew, especially Donovan, were true professionals and showed real skill in their work. During the remodel, we also faced an unexpected sewer issue that needed the main line replaced from the house to the street. The crew responded quickly, fixed the problem with very little disruption, and made sure everything was done right. All the remodeling projects were completed on schedule and stayed within the agreed budget. Jacob was always flexible and understanding, especially when I wanted to make last-minute changes or add to the project. I highly recommend this company for anyone in Long Beach looking to upgrade their home. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and the results look fantastic!

We recently hired Mariam Long Beach ADU Builders for a complete remodel of our kitchen, family room, and bathroom in Long Beach. Our home hadn't been updated in years, so the project included gutting the rooms, raising the ceilings, removing a half wall, retiling the fireplace, and moving plumbing in both the kitchen and bathroom. From the beginning, we received a clear and fair estimate. Donovan kept us informed every step of the way and made sure to stick to our budget. Any unexpected issues were handled quickly and affordably. Throughout the remodel, we got regular updates, and the work was finished on schedule. Everyone on the crew was professional, punctual, and friendly. They paid attention to detail, did high-quality work, and left the space clean each day. Communication was great—Donovan always responded quickly to calls and messages. The whole process was smooth, and working with the team was easy. We are thrilled with our beautiful, modern kitchen, family room, and bathroom. We highly recommend this company to anyone in Long Beach looking for home remodeling services.

We had several home remodeling projects we wanted to tackle in Long Beach and initially chose Mariam Long Beach ADU Builders just to renovate our bathroom. After seeing the great quality of their work, how responsive and easy to talk to Jacob and Donovan were, and their strong attention to detail, we decided to go with them for all our remodeling needs. Our projects included installing 2,000 square feet of new siding, building upper and lower outdoor decks, and adding a beautiful new pergola. The crew did an amazing job from start to finish, and we are absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out. We would definitely work with them again for future home improvements and are so glad to have found a reliable, professional contractor who keeps their promises. We really appreciate how Jacob and Donovan kept everything on track. We love our refreshed home!
